The Chevy Chase Show

With your Uncle Buck recapping Vacation, it is only natural that UB think about the up and down career of Mr. Chevy Chase. Here is a little clip from his failed 1993 talk show. UB recalls watching the first episode and cringing during the opening skit where Chevy goes outside the studio to put his hands in wet cement, which turned out to be a pit of cement looking water. (cough, cough). Anyway the show continued for a few more painful episodes. Here is a clip to give you an idea of how bad it was:
