Spring ahead: Foulke, Youkilis arrive early

Spring is just around the corner and with the 50+ degree weather this week in Boston, fans are really beginning to feel it. Earlier this week the truck filled with Red Sox gear departed Fenway en route to Fort Myers, Florida. Your Uncle Buck is always amazed that video of the truck (above) is always such big news in New England. Do other states with other teams cover this?

Meanwhile, in Fort Myers, last year's Burger King, Keith Foulke arrived at camp early and apparently dropped a few pounds. Foulke's return to being an effective closer would solve one of the Red Sox biggest problems in 2006. There were too many scenes last year like this:

Platoon 1st baseman Kevin Youkilis has also arrived early...Youk was the back up at 3rd last year, although he did play a little 1st...

NESN hottie Hazel Mae was featured on the cover of the Improper Bostonian as one of the most eligible bachelors in Boston...Good news for the Chowdaheads...
