Mexican + Beer = Sickness

UB had a rough night last night, joining LT for some Mexican food and beer...

A hungry UB and LT hit Anna's Taqueria in Brighton where UB ordered two Superburritos with everything, and LT got one. The two geniuses then went and picked up an 18 pack of Miller Lite...While buying the Miller Lite LT and UB began to argue on how much food UB was about to eat...UB said it was about two pounds, at which time UB asked the cashier if he could weigh the food and learned it was 2.7 pounds of Mexican madness...From there they headed to LT's studio...

The last time UB ate such a large meal in Brighton was the infamous Eagle's Deli dinner with Pan, LT and the Kamacousin. The four of us ordered Mega burgers, 1.5 pounds of meet (3 half pound patties), 6 slices of cheese and 1.5 pounds of French fries, totaling 3 pounds of food. For the record that night Pan edged out UB by 5 seconds, but both men finished the meal; Kamacousin was the clear winner in burger only eating, but barely touched the fries; LT ate half the burger and some fries...

After throwing down the 2 burritos in record time with about 4 beers UB and LT decided it would be a good idea to hit a local bar...

With so many wonderful beers on tap LT and UB ordered the beer sampler...

Followed by Shipyard Pumpkin Ale...

The shot glass size sampler glasses reminded LT of the scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark when Marion is competing in a drinking contest in her bar.

UB and LT spend the next 15 minutes trying to figure out how many shots they could do against each other if there was a one million dollar prize. One thing was for sure, it would not be pretty...

Following the pumpkin ale order, UB realized that the burritos had reformed into a candlepin bowling ball inside his chest. An attempt to use the bar restroom was unsuccessful as a "Out of Order" sign was posted on the door. Funny, that's exactly why UB was trying to get in there...UB told LT they had to get out of there, back to the friendly confines of LT's office...While walking to the Jeep UB almost lost it, but held it back...While dropping off LT, he asked UB if he was coming in...UB didn't respond...LT asked if UB would be ok, UB replied "don't rightly know"...
