Kenya believe it: Boston Marathon Monday
It's Patriots Day in Massachusetts, that means the Red Sox are on at 11 am (Seattle had to wake up at 8 am to listen to the game on the radio, it was not on TV) and the world's greatest road race took place as 26.2 miles were lined with fans and well wishers for the 110th Boston Marathon.

As for the winners it was all Kenya again. Men's winner Robert Cheruiyot crossed the finish line in a course record time of 2:07:14.

Women's winner Rita Jeptoo (right) of Kenya finished at 2:23:38 in her marathon debut in the United States.
As good as the Kenyans were, they were no match for the wheelchair racers. South Africa's Ernst Van Dyk won his sixth consecutive Boston Marathon in a time of 1:25:29.
Edith Hunkeler of Switzerland won the women's wheelchair division with a time of 1:43:42.
And it was a good day for UB who ran a personal best 5:58:35:
