Grady Little gets a job
Former Red Sox goat/manager Grady Little was hired Tuesday to manage the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers, who had been without a field boss for more than two months, hired Little over Jim Fregosi, John McLaren, Manny Acta and Joel Skinner.
Little managed the Red Sox from 2002-03, compiling a 188-136 record. That last loss, of course, came after Grady left pitcher Pedro Martinez in too long in Game 7 of the 2003 ALCS against the Yankoffs, which the New York Yankees won in 11 innings.

"I here-by announce my retirement from the Dodgers..."
On the plus side for LA, their bullpen will be well rested...
"Here's today's starting line up...uh huh."
