The Million Dollar Man

Prior to Wednesday afternoon's 3 game finale against the Kansas Sorry Royals the Red Sox extended Josh Beckett 3 years with $30 million in guaranteed dollars. Beckett then went out and gave up only 4 hits, shutting out the Royals in 8 innings for his 12th win, 1-0. It was the 1st time since 1916 the Red Sox won back to back 1-0 games at Fenway Park.

It was all Manny on both sides of the ball, a solo home run in the 4th was all the offense needed and he made a nice sliding catch the following inning...

Can someone tell Coco Crisp to speak up out in center, this is the 2nd time in 3 days he almost ran into the right fielder...The bases were loaded this time and it could have cost the sox the game...Also worth mentioning is that the Sox have scored 7 runs in 3 games against the Royals...Pathetic...Fortunately the Yankoffs dropped a game to Seattle and now trail the Sox by 1.5 games...(Isn't it too early for your Uncle Buck to worry about games back?)

Gabe's babe...

"Um, Josh...Can I borrow some money?"

Television is not real life. In real kithg86 life people actually have to leave
the coffee shop and go to jobs.
